Permanent Black Cat? Defender Alan Hutton[LNB]Sunderland manager Steve Bruce will ask Tottenham if they are to prepare to sell on-loan Spurs defender Alan Hutton to them on a permanent basis this summer.[LNB]Hutton started just one Premier League game under Spurs boss Harry Redknapp before being loaned out to the Black Cats in February.[LNB]But Bruce has been hugely impressed with the 25-year-old, who has been on the losing just twice in eight games for Sunderland.[LNB]When asked if Bruce would look to make the right-back's move permanent this summer, Bruce said: We'll do our utmost. We've got to respect Tottenham and see if they want to sell him.[LNB]'He's been fantastic since he's come here. He gives you so much going forward, so we'll see what develops. I'd love to make it a permanent move if I could. He's been excellent.'[LNB] Sunderland 2 Burnley 1: My lads are not down and out, roars defiant Brian Laws Steve Bruce left out in the cold in hunt for Kevin Kuranyi by big money Dynamo Moscow SUNDERLAND FC
