Tottenham goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes has undergone a scan and is now expected to visit a specialist over the thigh injury suffered during Wednesday night's win over Hull.[LNB] The 28-year-old Brazilian was assisted off early in the victory that sent Spurs to the top of the Barclays Premier League, with Carlo Cudicini deputising and set to continue on Sunday against West Ham. [LNB] With no time frame set for Gomes' comeback, David Button will return from his loan spell at Crewe as cover.[LNB] Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is a huge admirer of Portsmouth's David James but has previously stated he could not move for the England goalkeeper while Gomes and Cudicini were in his squad. [LNB] Meanwhile, French midfielder Kevin Anin is set to travel to Spurs ahead of a possible trial, according to Le Havre.[LNB] "He will go to London on Friday and Saturday to meet the directors of Tottenham," read a statement from the Ligue 2 side.[LNB] The 23-year-old would provide competition for places in midfield, with Redknapp looking at Patrick Vieira from Inter Milan earlier in the summer.[LNB] Redknapp is also interested in Moussa Sissoko but Toulouse are demanding a huge fee for the player who has just broken into the France squad.
