Spurs track Swedish stopper

Oscar Wendt has confirmed he is being watched by major clubs after reports linked Tottenham Hotspur with an interest.[LNB] The 23-year-old is attracting attention from clubs all over Europe following a string of impressive displays for FC Copenhagen.[LNB]The Swedish international moved to Denmark in 2006 after starting his career with IFK Gothenburg.[LNB]Now, according to Scandinavian sources, Tottenham are amongst the clubs keeping close tabs on Wendt - but they are not alone as Werder Bremen, Hoffenheim, Hamburg and PSV Eindhoven have also taken a keen interest.[LNB]Speaking exclusively to skysports.com, Wendt's agent Martin Dahlin admitted it is not much of a surprise that his charge is attracting interest.[LNB]"I do not comment on any specific rumours or clubs, but of course the games against Manchester City and Valencia has drawn a big attention to Oscar Wendt who was outstanding in those matches," Dahlin told skysports.com.[LNB]Wendt himself admitted he knew he was being watched, but conceded he did not know which clubs were interested.[LNB]"I know that there are people from other clubs that are here watching regularly," Wendt told Aftonbladet. [LNB]"I don't know more than that. There are clubs that follow me. I really like it at FC Copenhagen, but of course I want to try as high level as possible."[LNB]
