Spurs striker Pavlyuchenko set to miss Arsenal clash after call-up for Russia

Roman Pavlyuchenko 'To tell you the truth I do not know what's going to happen yet.'  The extra demands on the 27 year old forward come as he has again complained about playing football for more than a year without a break.   'In England I'm on a very tough playing schedule,' he said. And it is extra tough for me because I played 20 games in the Russian premiership and more at Euro 2008.  "I feel very tired but need to hold on somehow until the end of May.
