PR guru Mike Lee[LNB]Tottenham have stepped up their battle with West Ham to move into London's Olympic stadium by appointing the country's leading sports spin doctor Mike Lee.[LNB]Spurs hope Lee, the director of communications for London's successful Olympic bid, will keep them a key advantage.[LNB]Lee, who used to be a board member at West Ham, also helped Rio win the 2016 Olympics, and Qatar the 2022 World Cup.[LNB]West Ham's combative campaign has been led by vice-chairman Karren Brady, who has used her column in a national newspaper to highlight the non-domicile tax status of Spurs' owners.[LNB]Final offers for the stadium must besubmitted to the Olympic Park Legacy Company by January 21 and itsboard is expected to identify a single 'preferred bidder' some time in the spring.[LNB]Legacy chiefs want to complete contractual negotiations for a long-term lease of the stadium by the spring.[LNB]London's Olympics chief SebastianCoe has already backed West Ham, believing they will deliver a strongerlegacy.
