Arjen Robben's father says the former Chelsea player will snub a move to Tottenham Hotspur. Sportsmail revealed this morning that Spurs were in talks for Bernabeu trio Robben, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Gabriel Heinze despite facing an uphill struggle to take them to White Hart Lane. Their high salaries and Spurs inability to offer European football are a barrier to the deal and Hans Robben insisted his son would not be moving to north London. 'We don't talk with Tottenham,' he told Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf. 'At the moment we don't talk with any club. Of course, things can change overnight, but one thing is sure: Arjen will certainly not join Tottenham. 'I even want to bet on a bottle of wine Arjen won't play there.' The 25-year-old has been offered to clubs following the signing of Kaka and imminent arrival from Manchester United of Cristiano Ronaldo. Reports in Italy suggest AC Milan are interested in Robben after agreeing a pact with Madrid giving them first option on players available at the Bernabeu. The Spanish club's president Florentino Perez is keen to keep good relations with San Siro general manager Adriano Galliani. Milan would also be interested in Wesley Sneijder and Rafael van der Vaart. The agent of Bayern Munich Luca Toni, who has also been linked to Tottenham, insists the Italy striker will not leave the German giants.
