Tottenham have completed the signing of Scott Parker from West Ham.
The England midfielder handed in a formal transfer request on Tuesday, and the deal, believed to be worth £6million, was completed on Wednesday afternoon.
A statement on Tottenham's official website, www.spurs.co.uk, read: "We are delighted to announce that we have reached agreement with West Ham United for the permanent transfer of Scott Parker."
