The Italians are in talks to offer Huntelaar, Massimo Oddo and Mancini in exchange for Christian Poulsen and Mohamed Sissoko, according to Corriere dello Sport.
Milan also want Martin Caceres, the Uruguay defender who spent last season on loan at Juventus from Barcelona.

Spurs are determined to add a world class centre forward this summer and have returned to the option of Huntelaar after all but conceding defeat in their bid to sign Wolfsburg's Edin Dzeko, who is a Manchester City and Juventus target.
Benfica and Napoli are also interested in Huntelaar, but the 26-year-old insists he wants to stay at the San Siro and prove he is no flop.
