Jermaine Jenas is in danger of losing his place in the Tottenham Hotspur team when Luka Modric returns to full fitness.   [LNB]Modric is close to a return after breaking a bone in a leg and the outstanding form of fellow Croatia international Niko Kranjcar since his arrival from Portsmouth sets manager Harry Redknapp the sort of selection problem he likes.  [LNB]Aaron Lennon's place on the right wing is secure, as is Wilson Palacios as the midfield anchor man. [LNB]Redknapp insists Kranjcar was not bought as a stop-gap replacement for the injured Modric and he looks like the midfield goalscorer Spurs have lacked in recent years. [LNB]Kranjcar is happiest in a more central role which puts Jenas' place under threat.[LNB] 'I feel most comfortable playing in the middle,' said Kranjcar. 'I hope I can bring goalscoring to the side.   [LNB] No guarantees: Jenas has featured in Spurs' last five matches[LNB]'I was never really happy with the number of goals I scored at Portsmouth. It was only four or five a season. Hopefully I can score more than that here. [LNB]'It's important for the midfielders to chip in with goals. Strikers will score maybe 20 goals a season but it's important for the midfield to score their share as well. I think we've been doing that since the start of the season and I'm pleased with the start I've made. [LNB] 'There's a great talent in the squad, we've got a great coach and when all the injured players come back it will be even stronger.'  [LNB] Ukraine v England live!
