Spurs hit by Palacios rib injury

Tottenham midfielder Wilson Palacios was taken to hospital after suffering a rib injury at the end of his side's 2-2 draw away at Everton on Sunday.The 25-year told was hurt when he was fouled by Tony Hibbert, which resulted in a penalty that Jermain Defoe missed. [LNB]He was released from hospital on Sunday and will be assessed by club medical staff ahead of next week's Wolves game. [LNB]"He is a tough lad so it can't be good that he's struggling... hopefully he'll be OK," said Spurs boss Harry Redknapp. [LNB]"They took him to hospital in a lot of pain."
