Spurs, Chelsea and Arsenal target Romelu Lukaku will cost 'much more than £17m'
Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal will have to dig deep to prise Romelu Lukaku away from Anderlecht. [LNB]The 17-year-old striker is one of the hottest prospects in Europe and is being monitored by the Premier League trio as well as Real Madrid, Juventus and Inter Milan.
