Ex-Tottenham centre-half John Scales says his former club have a great chance of finishing in seventh place to qualify for the Europa League.Fulham and Spurs are currently eighth and ninth respectively, just a point off West Ham in seventh. [LNB]Scales, now 42, told BBC London 94.9: "Tottenham have certainly got a great chance and they've got a good squad. [LNB]"They've just got to maintain that momentum they've had in the second half of the season." [LNB]Tottenham have only lost twice in 12 league games since January with six wins from the last eight. But they face the ultimate test of their recent form when they travel to Premier League champions Manchester United at the weekend in a league fixture they have not won since 1989. [LNB]It is a task that is softened by the fact that despite their problems this season, Spurs are unbeaten in six games against the top four.[LNB] [LNB][LNB] emp_load.getEmpEmbeddedParams("emp_8015535");Scales thinks Harry Redknapp has worked wonders in restoring confidence at the club since his appointment as manager in October. [LNB]He said: Spurs were in dire straits but's Harry's come in and lifted the spirits of everybody, lifted the confidence of the players and injected that self-belief that you've got to have. [LNB]"He's put a great structure in there, he's got them set out, he's got a talented squad without a shadow of a doubt and they're capable of beating any side."
