Reported Premier League target Bryan Ruiz says he would be open to leaving FC Twente for an English club this summer.[LNB] The forward claimed earlier this week that Tottenham are chasing his signature, while their North London rivals Arsenal are also thought to be pursuing the Costa Rica international. [LNB]Ruiz says he would only leave the Eredivisie for a bigger league and has named the English top-flight as his preferred destination. [LNB]He said: "I have three weeks left to transfer and I hope I can change to one of the best leagues, such as the English, otherwise I will stay in Twente. [LNB]"There is a team that is showing interest, but it will be my agent that keeps me informed about the negotiations."[LNB]The 25-year-old, who joined Twente from Belgian club Gent two years ago, is believed to have a £13.75million release clause in his contract. [LNB]The Dutch side confirmed on Monday that no official approach had yet been made by Tottenham.
