Russian magic: Tottenham's Roman Pavlyuchenko (right) celebrates with Luka Modric after scoring his side's second goal[LNB] Roman Pavlyuchenko was greeted like a hero when he came off the bench to score, but Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp responded to the Russian's first goal since August with another swipe at his work-rate.[LNB]The home fans were singing 'Super Pav' even before he had fired Tottenham 2-1 ahead against Leeds, within five minutes of replacing Peter Crouch.[LNB]But Redknapp complained: 'When you haven't got the ball, you have to work. There's nothing to stop him starting games if he comes in every day to work, train, shows a good attitude.[LNB]'I expect him to run around and work hard for the team.[LNB]'You can't have a couple not working. You have to put a shift in. I'm not talking just about Pavlyuchenko.[LNB]'You can't have two strikers who won't work for you, who won't run the channels and track back when they lose the ball.[LNB]'That's what you need if you're going to be a successful team.'[LNB] SPURS
