Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has spoken of his shock at hearing West Ham defender Calum Davenport had been stabbed in both legs in a violent attack. Davenport is in intensive care after the incident in Bedford over the weekend. Redknapp said: "I had him on loan (at Southampton), a lovely lad, inoffensive and it's really sad to see what's happened to him. Hopefully he'll pull through and be okay. "You couldn't meet a brighter, more laid back lad than him. It's really sad."
