Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is confident that England winger Aaron Lennon will be back to full fitness in time for the World Cup.[LNB] Lennon has been out of action for two months, struggling to shake off a niggling groin problem.[LNB]The 22-year-old has returned to training, though, and could come into contention for Spurs' FA Cup semi-final showdown with Portsmouth next Sunday.[LNB]A return to action at this stage would give Lennon plenty of time to regain match sharpness before heading off to South Africa this summer with England.[LNB]"Aaron has been working on his fitness and should be OK for the World Cup," Redknapp told the News of the World.[LNB]"If Fabio Capello rings and asks me about Aaron, I'll say he should be in good shape for the summer. [LNB]"That is great news for England, especially after the loss of David Beckham. [LNB]"Aaron can become a major player for England in the World Cup finals. But before that we need him for our run-in. [LNB]"We have an FA Cup semi-final coming up then our remaining league games as we push for fourth place. [LNB]"So first and foremost we want Aaron back for us - and hopefully some good games under his belt will then get him in great shape for the World Cup with England."
