Redknapp impressed by Forlan
Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has admitted his interest in Uruguay and Atletico Madrid striker Diego Forlan.[LNB] The former Manchester United forward has enjoyed an excellent World Cup and is a key reason why the South Americans have reached the semi-finals in South Africa.[LNB]Forlan and strike partner Luis Suarez have both been linked with Premier League moves following their performances this summer.[LNB]Redknapp is among those following Uruguay's progress with interest, but he fears that Forlan's salary would be a stumbling block for any move.[LNB]"I like the look of the Uruguayans," Redknapp is quoted as saying in the Sunday Express.[LNB]"I think Forlan would have another two or three good years in the Premier League, but his wages could be a problem."
