Redknapp calls on FA

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has confirmed they want the Premier League to bring forward the date of Manchester City's rearranged Barclays Premier League clash against Stoke. The two clubs were due to meet at Eastlands on FA Cup final weekend but their participation in the showpiece has forced a rethink and the game is now set for Tuesday, May 17 - in the final week of the domestic season. Spurs are concerned this could impact on their own bid to qualify for next season's Champions League and Redknapp told a press conference: "I think they should look at it. "The chairman spoke to me last night (Monday) about it. We feel it should be changed - but it's a bit out of my hands."
