Rafael van der Vaart could ruin our European dream, says Clarence Seedorf

Clarence Seedorf has warned his AC Milan team-mates that Rafael van der Vaart is the main danger to the Italians' Champions League hopes. [LNB]Van der Vaart and Tottenham take on the Serie A leaders in the San Siro on Tuesday night in the first leg of their last-16 tie. [LNB]And veteran midfielder Seedorf will be paying close attention to his fellow Dutchman. 'We are obliged to stop him, to prevent the forwards receiving many dangerous balls.' [LNB]Despite his warning Seedorf expects Milan to have enough talent to make it past Spurs and into the quarter-finals. [LNB]The north Lononers impressed in the same stadium earlier in the season, losing 4-3 before topping their group.[LNB] But Seedorf added on Sky Sports: 'Milan are in a good moment for this round against Tottenham. Now our challenge is to win, to fly to London with a high percentage of progressing.[LNB] 'Tottenham is not Manchester United or Chelsea, but as an English club, as always, it will be difficult. [LNB]'Spurs have had a big first phase in Europe, but now is the key moment for the season. [LNB]'For me Milan remains the favourite but the second match is away and we need to try and keep them goalless, also as we are favourites there will be less pressure on them.
