Put up or shut up: Spurs told by Le Havre they will have to pay for Anin

French club Le Havre have rejected Tottenham Hotspur's loan offer for midfielder Kevin Anin. Spurs had proposed to take the 23-year-old on loan for the season with a view to making the deal permanent after he had impressed during a trial period. But Le Havre have told the Barclays Premier League side they will only a accept a cash bid for Anin. The French side want to sell the player following their relegation from Lique 2. They also claim to have received approaches for Anin from Bordeaux, Auxerre, Sochaux and Rennes.
