Stoke will reportedly test Tottenham's resolve with an £11million bid for Roman Pavlyuchenko - and are closing in on Hull's Steven Mouyokolo.[LNB] Potters boss Tony Pulis is actively looking to strengthen his forwardline ahead of the 20010-11 Premier League season - and is continuing attempts to lure West Ham hitman Carlton Cole to the Britannia Stadium.[LNB]But the ambitious Pulis has not stopped at Cole, and is ready to offer Spurs gaffer Harry Redknapp a whopping £11million for Pavlyuchenko, according to The Mirror.[LNB]The Russian international found his goal-scoring boots towards the end of last season but is still behind Jermain Defoe and Peter Crouch in the striker pecking order at White Hart Lane and may jump at the chance of regular first-team football in the Potteries.[LNB]Pulis, meanwhile, is also planning to bolster his defensive options, and is believed to have beaten off competition from Wolves to sign Tigers star Mouyokolo in a £3.5million deal.[LNB]Mouyokolo only joined Hull from Boulogne last summer but is desperate to leave after their relegation to the Championship.
