Peterborough United have pulled off a coup by signing Tottenham Hotspur teenager Danny Rose on loan until January. Rose is highly rated at White Hart Lane, having joined the Premier League club from Leeds United two years ago. The midfielder made his first-team debut for Spurs last month when appearing as a substitute in the 5-1 victory at Doncaster Rovers in the Carling Cup. He also spent a spell on loan in the Championship last season, making seven appearances for Watford during Brendan Rodgers' time in charge at Vicarage Road. The England Under-21 international has been linked with several clubs in recent weeks, including Sheffield United, but has opted to join Peterborough. The 19-year-old will go straight into Darren Ferguson's squad for Tuesday's game against Plymouth Argyle and he will stay at London Road until 10th January.
