[LNB]No go: Begovic snubbed a move to Spurs[LNB]The £5million fee for Kaboul on his own will not reach the FrattonPark coffers in full because they still owe Spurs money from theiroriginal purchase and a sell-on fee, even though he is going back toWhite Hart Lane. [LNB]It is believed Begovic is reluctant to move toa club where he will not be first choice. He is, arguably, the club'smost bankable asset and the club need to bring in cash urgently, withDavid James, Nadir Belhadj, Papa Bouba Diop, John Utaka and HaydenMullins all available for sale before the transfer window closestomorrow. [LNB]Even if they are able to raise cash, the club arelikely to be put under a new transfer embargo this week, just daysafter the last one was lifted.[LNB]Portsmouth are due to pay between £3m-£4m in transferinstalments this week - to Chelsea in relation to Glen Johnson; toWigan for Michael Brown; to Watford for Tommy Smith; and to West Hamfor Mullins.[LNB] Any money they bring in from transfers will have to be kept back to pay the players' defaulted wages.[LNB] MAN CITY v Portsmouth: Kolo Toure returns to squad but Patrick Vieira still outTottenham confirm signing of former player Kaboul from PortsmouthPORTSMOUTH FC
