Tottenham midfielder Niko Kranjcar believes his White Hart Lane future hinges on whether his compatriot Luka Modric is sold this summer.[LNB] Modric, 25, has been the subject of a fresh £27million bid from Chelsea who had an earlier £22million offer rejected this summer. [LNB]The diminutive Croatian seems to be leaning towards a move to Stamford Bridge as Chelsea look to reinvigorate their squad before the new campaign. [LNB]Spurs are steadfastly refusing to countenance any bids for their talented playmaker, with Kranjcar admitting Modric's future will impact on his. [LNB]Kranjcar, 26, made just two Premier League starts last term and has fallen out of favour at White Hart Lane. [LNB]He has voiced his concern that Spurs' valuation of between 10-15m Euros was hampering any potential departure. [LNB]Yet, he says he will extend his stay in North London if his compatriot is sold as that could create more first-team opportunities for him. [LNB]"I'm quite calm about the situation at the moment but of course it will be nice to see how things will end," he told Sportske Novosti. [LNB]"This summer's transfer window will be one of the most interesting moments in my career. [LNB]"But one thing is certain, if Tottenham sell Luka Modric, I will stay. However, if Luka stays, I will probably be loaned out somewhere."
