Harry Redknapp is confident Tottenham Hotspur can compete with the Big Four of the Barclays Premier League in the transfer market this summer.

Redknapp, who spent £50 million in January to boost the squad, is looking to bring in two 'very good' new players during the summer transfer window

And he is not worried that Spurs will not be in the Champions League next season because money talks.

Big plans: Redknapp is attempting to steer Spurs into the top four next season

Redknapp said: 'I think Tottenham are the sort of club that can always attract top players.

'I used to get good players to Portsmouth because you pay them goodmoney. If someone is offered enough money and it's a good deal thatsuits them, they'll move. Well, 90 per cent of them will.

'Yes, they want to play in the Champions League but in some cases ifthey're going to get more money somewhere else that'll be a big factor.

'This is Tottenham, we're a big club, in London and have all theright things going for us. We're building a new stadium and newtraining ground. We just need to take the team up another notch.

'I'm not looking to make major changes but if you can find two verygood players that would improve you that extra percentage, it wouldmake a big difference.'
