Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric hailed the team's self-belief after their comeback victory over Liverpool at White Hart Lane on Sunday. It was the sixth time Tottenham had come from behind in the Barclays Premier League this season. Winger Aaron Lennon secured a 2-1 win for Harry Redknapp's side when he sped past Paul Konchesky and finished in style. "It showed again that we have character, great spirit, we never give up and always fight to the last minute," said Modric. "It's good to know that when you are down, you can turn it around. "We never lose confidence when we're losing, we know we can come back and we've showed that many times. It's good to know we can do that. "It was a great result for us. We needed to be better in the first half, we were sloppy but we also created chances. In the second half we were much, much better and the goal lifted us. Aaron then scored a great goal. "We have great confidence. We just need to carry on now."
