Mexico flop Dos Santos aiming to earn his Spurs at White Hart Lane
Misfit Giovani Dos Santos has stepped up his attempts to carve out a Tottenham career.
The Mexico international has failed to hit the heights many expected after his big money move from Barcelona under axed boss Juande Ramos.
Dos Santos was shipped out on loan to Ipswich at the back end of last season and has made just one Spurs appearance this season - in the 5-1 Carling Cup win over Doncaster Rovers.
But, Harry Redknapp last week hinted that the 20-year-old could still play a part in his plans.
And Dos Santos has stepped up his game as he looks to impress the Spurs boss.
He said: 'In thepast things did not go the way I would have liked but the truth is I began working harder every day until I improved and, thanks to God, things have been improving.'
