Mauricio Pochettino is happy to keep relying on Harry Kane to boost Tottenham's Champions League aspirations.
The England striker has scored 11 goals in the Barclays Premier League this season, with only Dele Alli with five having managed more than three from the rest of the Spurs squad.
Kane has been linked with a move away from the club but has stressed he sees his future at White Hart Lane.
And Spurs boss Pochettino has said he will not be rushing to buy another forward this month to ease Kane's workload.
"Harry wanting to stay is very important. Harry feels very good here and is very happy," Pochettino said.
"In football anything can happen, but Harry is very happy with us. We are really happy and very pleased he is with us.
"There have been a lot of rumours about us from the beginning of the season. Our supporters need to understand we are in a project that is different from other clubs.
"It's true maybe that Harry Kane is a proper striker, not only him, but we have different players in the second line who can help him and also play in his position.
"The most important thing is to add the right profile and right player. Trying to find this player is not easy.
"It's important to find the right player who can help us. That player will come, but if he doesn't it's not a big worry for me.
"I can understand people are concerned we need one striker more, but we are very confident in following the same direction as the first half of the season."
Kane rescued a replay for Spurs in their FA Cup third-round tie with Leicester on Sunday by scoring a late penalty and he will be looked upon to inspire his side once again when the Foxes visit White Hart Lane once more on Wednesday, this time in league action.
Leicester hope to have their own free-scoring England international available as they look for a first win of 2016, with Jamie Vardy back in training following a minor groin operation.
But Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri will not be tempted to rush back the 15-goal striker too quickly.
The Italian said: "If the manager asked the players they always say they are okay, but it is not always true so I want to see with my own eyes."
