ShareTottenham's bid to block West Ham's move into the Olympic Stadium after the London Olympics appear to be over after their case was dismissed by a court.[LNB]Spurs wanted to challenge the decision made by the Olympic Park Legacy Company in February to name West Ham as the preferred tenant of the ?486million venue in east London. [LNB] Moving home: West Ham beat Tottenham in the race to move into the Olympic Stadium earlier this year [LNB]The OPLC said: 'The court has decided to refuse Tottenham permission to pursue a judicial review.'[LNB] West Ham plans to downsize the stadium from 80,000 to 60,000 seats after the games and use it as a multipurpose venue.
