Aaron Lennon has a double reason to celebrate after winning the PFA Fans' Player of the Month award for March with 33% of the votes. By winning the monthly award the Tottenham ace takes the final place in the shortlist of nominees for the PFA Fans' Player of the Year vote. The speedy winger has also enjoyed a recall to Fabio Capello's England team and started in the 2-1 World Cup qualifying triumph over Ukraine on Wednesday night. Lennon's renaissance under Harry Redknapp has been noted by England legend David Beckham who praised the Tottenham winger's performance in last weekend's 4-0 friendly international win over Slovakia. "I thought Aaron did very well and went past players like they weren't there and the form he is in has been exceptional and he deserved his start," said Beckham. "Aaron is not just quick, he has improved on his crossing and the way he gets to the byline and he got a couple of good crosses in." Lennon beat off tough competition from Arsenal's Robin van Persie and Liverpool duo Fernando Torres and Steven Gerrard to lift the award.
