Kranjcar: We'll miss my Spurs buddies Modric and Corluka at Wembley

Croatia midfielder Niko Kranjcar is fearful his side will struggle without Tottenham colleagues Luka Modric and Vedran Corluka. Kranjcar hopes to put England's World Cup qualification party on hold tonight as Croatia take on Fabio Capello's men at Wembley. But boss Slaven Bilic's hopes of a surprise Croatia win have been hit by Modric's broken leg and Corluka's suspension. And Kranjcar, who sealed a move to White Hart Lane on deadline day, admits his side's chances of a Wembley upset have been hampered by the absence of his Spurs team mates. He said: We are not the same team without them. It will affect us very much and it's going to be tough. 'We never give up and will do our best. We have to play a smart game and hopefully it turns out well for us. 'We played at Wembley two years ago and won but it will be a different game. We hope we can stay tight in defence and then counter attack.'
