Kranjcar miss costly

Manager Harry Redknapp felt things would have turned out differently had midfielder Niko Kranjcar put away a one-on-one chance as Spurs lost 1-0 at Wolves. Kranjcar's effort was saved by Marcus Hahnemann and Wolves went on to complete the double over the Champions League hopefuls. "It was a game we obviously thought we could win but we didn't play very well," Redknapp said. "We had an awful lot of the ball but didn't create a lot - even in the first half when we got in some good positions. "When Niko went through, if he had scored it would have been a different game. "In the second half they got bodies behind the ball and defended their lead well."
