iko Kranjcar insists his priority is to stay at Tottenham, but admits he may have to consider his future if he does not play more regularly.[LNB] The Croatian midfielder started his first game of the season in Saturday's 4-2 defeat at Bolton after previously making just five substitute appearances for Spurs.[LNB]The form of Gareth Bale has prevented Kranjcar, who joined Spurs in 2009 from Portsmouth, from establishing himself in his customary position on the left-hand side of midfield.[LNB]Kranjcar is happy at White Hart Lane, but the 26-year-old acknowledged that a lack of regular first-team football would leave him feeling 'empty'.[LNB]"I feel great at Tottenham, so if I could play regularly for my team, then my first option would be to stay at White Hart Lane," Kranjcar told Sportske Novosti.[LNB]"But if I don't play much, then I will have to look for other solutions. Nobody wants to be a reserve and that goes for me too.[LNB]"I enjoy playing football, so that is the first thing on the agenda. If there is not enough space for me at Tottenham, then I will have to think about the next step in my career.[LNB]"I repeat - I feel great here, but if I don't play every game, I feel a little bit empty."[LNB]Zlatko Kranjcar, Niko's father and coach of the Montenegro national team, reiterated his son wants to stay at Spurs, but would consider a move to Italy if he remains on the periphery.[LNB]He told Jutarnji List: "If he didn't have ambition, he would stay at Tottenham and vegetate for the next three years. He has a great deal, but one just can't match money with his ambitions.[LNB]"Niko would like to stay in London, but he is also ready to leave England if he could move to Serie A.[LNB]"Liverpool is a club which would interest him, but then again, why not Italy?"
