Long time coming: Spurs defender Woodgate[LNB]Tottenham defender Jonathan Woodgate took another big step towards a first-team comeback by playing 90 minutes against QPR at Spurs Lodge on Wednesday. [LNB]Woodgate has now taken part in three training matches since the start of the year after recovering from the groin injury that has sidelined him since November 2009.
