Tottenham midfielder Jermaine Jenas is a major doubt to face his former club Newcastle on Sunday after suffering a hamstring injury last week.[LNB]Jenas picked up the complaint in the Premier League win over West Ham, although Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has Wilson Palacios back from suspension to face Alan Shearer's side.[LNB]Elsewhere in his team, Redknapp admits goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes is staking a claim to be his number one, despite the arrival of Carlo Cudicini in January to add competition.[LNB]"He was excellent against West Ham," Redknapp said. "Potentially he is the top goalkeeper. I've got two good goalkeepers.[LNB]"I think Cudicini is a very good goalkeeper and has been unlucky not to be playing. This fella has done well so I stayed with him."[LNB]Club skipper Ledley King remains on course to play in the remainder of the games this season as they are spaced out enough for him to rest his knee.[LNB]King has revealed how Sol Campbell, who is now a target for Spurs fans after going on to play for Arsenal, was his inspiration when he started at White Hart Lane.[LNB]"Obviously Sol Campbell was in my position, an East End kid like me, so it made me think I could achieve that as well," King said on premierleague.com.[LNB]"I think the thing I learned from Campbell was that he came through a similar path as I did. So that gave me the belief that I could do the same."[LNB]
