Inter reject Spurs' Muntari bid

Sulley Muntari's agent Fabien Piveteau has claimed that Tottenham have had a bid for the player rejected by Inter Milan. The 24-year-old only joined the Nerazzurri last summer from Portsmouth when current Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp was still in charge at Fratton Park. However, it seems that Redknapp is keen to work with the Ghana international once more as he looks to strengthen his squad in the summer. Despite persistent reports linking the former Udinese ace with a return to the Premier League, Piveteau insists Muntari is happy at Inter after helping the club to their fourth succesive Scudetto. "There was an offer from Spurs but it was declined by Inter," he told the Daily Mail. "Muntari still has four years left on his contract with Inter and he is happy to play there and win more things."
