Out of tune: Lennon faces a race against time to be fit for South Africa[LNB] Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon has suffered a fresh setback and could need a hernia operation just four months before the start of the World Cup.[LNB] Lennon has been outstanding for his club this season and looked to have cemented his place on the right of England's midfield, but he has been out since the end of last year after suffering a groin injury against West Ham.[LNB] Scans have now revealed that he has an abdominal wall weakness which may require surgery. [LNB]Spurs boss Harry Redknapp said: 'He could have the hernia operationnow, but then he still hasn't recovered from the groin problem. Wecould try to train him for a couple of weeks and see how it goes. Ifit's not good he will have the operation and it will be a few weeks ontop of that.[LNB] 'I don't know when the best time for the operation would be. He's got the World Cup coming up - it's difficult.'[LNB] Meanwhile, Redknapp is adamant that he is not taking advantage ofPortsmouth's perilous financial position despite repeatedly raiding hisformer club.[LNB] Portsmouth need to sell influential defender Younes Kaboul if they are to stay in business and Redknapp said: 'Avram Grant is a good friend of mine. I spoke to him four or five times (this week) and said, "if you don't want to sell him, then count us out." [LNB]'He just said, "We need to sell him Harry, if we don't sell him we are in desperate trouble. We need to make a sale".'
