Tom Huddlestone insists Tottenham are capable of challenging for the Premier League title this season - if they can become more consistent.[LNB] Spurs' 2-1 victory over Fulham on Saturday sees them sat on 14 points from eight games, the same return as Manchester United and Arsenal.[LNB]They are just five points behind leaders Chelsea and are well-placed to push on from this point.[LNB]Harry Redknapp's men will have to juggle their domestic endeavours with Champions League commitments, but they now have the squad to compete on multiple fronts.[LNB]With that in mind, Huddlestone sees no reason why they cannot launch a sustained assault on the top flight title.[LNB]"If we can be a bit more consistent, because we've dropped a few sloppy points, then why not," said the England international, who bagged a controversial winner to see off Fulham at Craven Cottage.[LNB]"Title contenders? That's a big statement to make, but the way the season is going, everybody keeps taking points off each other.[LNB]"If you're up there March, April time, you've got a great chance."
