Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has admitted his side need to toughen up if they are to climb away from trouble at the wrong end of the table.[LNB] Spurs go into Sunday's North London derby with Arsenal, live on Sky Sports 1, just a point above the drop zone.[LNB]Redknapp concedes his side are in a relegation scrap and he has called on his players to stand up to the challenge of securing Premier League survival.[LNB]"We need to realise that it's all about winning. It's not about being able to play when things are going well," Redknapp told The Times.[LNB]"It's about digging in when things are a bit tougher. They're not a bad bunch of boys. I just feel that it's a club that, if you like, needs toughening up somewhere. I've let them know that after certain games recently. [LNB]"Before that, I had done nothing but keep praising them and telling them how good they are, but you can't keep doing that. [LNB]"You can't keep saying, 'Well done, well done' when you keep getting beat. There comes a time where you have to say certain things." [LNB]
