Harry wants forward-thinking Spurs

Harry Redknapp has ordered his Tottenham players to forget about their historic Champions League victory over Inter Milan.[LNB] This week has been dominated by Spurs' stunning 3-1 win against the European champions and another world-class performance from man of the moment Gareth Bale.[LNB]But Bale and his team-mates face a challenge of a completely different kind tomorrow when they travel to a stadium where Tottenham have never won in the Premier League.[LNB]Bolton's Reebok Stadium has been Spurs' bogey ground in recent years, with the visitors failing to win any of their 10 league games there.[LNB]And manager Redknapp will tolerate nothing more than 100% focus from his squad as he tries to break that sequence tomorrow.[LNB]"I was in my car driving home an hour after the end of the game the other night and you're thinking about nothing else but how we can get a result on Saturday," Redknapp said.[LNB]"We've got to play well on Saturday at Bolton away from home if we're going to pick up anything, because they're a good side, they're a dangerous team."[LNB]Redknapp admitted his players were still buzzing from their extraordinary exploits against Inter.[LNB]He said: "I think everybody who enjoys watching football must have enjoyed the performance.[LNB]"It was a great game but, as I've said before, as one game finishes, within half an hour you're thinking about Saturday's game.[LNB]"What happened on Tuesday has happened and now we're moving on and getting prepared for a big game tomorrow.[LNB]"You've only got to look at our record there; it's not good.[LNB]"I've never been to the Reebok yet and had an easy game."[LNB]Redknapp also expects the hysteria that has followed Bale since his San Siro hat-trick two weeks ago and his two assists this week to subside.[LNB]"Everybody's seen what he's done and people want to know all about him," Redknapp said.[LNB]"After this week, it'll probably die down again."[LNB]The Tottenham boss added: "It must be great to go on a football pitch knowing that the crowd absolutely love him and everybody in football's talking about him.[LNB]"His confidence is sky high.[LNB]"But tomorrow, he goes to Bolton; they've got a good right-back, who'll get tight to him I'm sure, and try to stop him playing and do everything in his power to prove, 'I can do a job on him'.[LNB]"He's got to play well to show his top form tomorrow."[LNB]Redknapp insisted there was no chance of Bale getting too big for his boots or straying from the straight and narrow.[LNB]"I haven't got to worry about what he was doing on Wednesday night," he said.[LNB]"You know where he was - he'll have been at home."[LNB]Redknapp has repeatedly insisted Bale is not for sale and did so again today.[LNB]But he also admitted he would be powerless to prevent chairman Daniel Levy accepting a mega-money bid for the 21-year-old wing wizard.[LNB]He said: "If he comes in and says to me, 'Look, Harry, someone's offered whatever, I don't know, and we want to sell him', then the club would sell him.[LNB]"Daniel tells me we don't want to sell him, so hopefully we can keep him here for a good few years to come."[LNB]Bale, who signed a contract until 2014 in the summer, could even outlast Redknapp at White Hart Lane.[LNB]Bolton boss Owen Coyle yesterday declared the 63-year-old the "perfect" candidate to succeed Fabio Capello as England manager.[LNB]Redknapp returned the compliment today, saying: "Not because he's said nice things about me, but the manager's a fantastic young manager."
