Harry Redknapp weighs up £18m Luis Fabiano as Tottenham target world class forward

Tottenham are weighing up an £18million move for Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano. [LNB]Manager Harry Redknapp wants a world class forward to help spearhead Tottenham's Champions League challenge next season and the Brazil international fits the bill. [LNB]The 29-year-old has an impressive goalscoring record and is likely to be one of the star turns of the World Cup. He almost joined Milan last summer but they baulked at Sevilla's £20m asking price. [LNB] Stop-start: Luis Fabiano has had an injury-interrupted season for Sevilla[LNB]However, Fabiano is determined to leave this summer and will agitate to get his wish if necessary. [LNB]He has had a stop-start season with niggly injuries but has come back into form of late and is eager to join a club with ambition.[LNB] [LNB]  Chelsea and Manchester United have also monitored Fabiano over recent seasons but they are looking at younger targets.
