Redknapp is a big admirer of the former Manchester United striker and made an inquiry to bring him to Tottenham last summer. [LNB]Redknapp said: 'It's interesting but it depends what the deal is. [LNB]'He was fantastic in England, a great goal scorer, if he was available it could be of interest. His name cropped up and Ian Broomfield, our chief scout, spoke with his agent and that's as far as it's gone.'[LNB]Pavlyuchenko has set his heart on a move away from White Hart Lane and Redknapp revealed that Zenit St Petersburg and several English clubs had inquired about his availability. [LNB]Redknapp added: 'Pavlyuchenko is looking to move, but only if someone came in and if he decided to go and it was a good offer, otherwise it wouldn't be possible. [LNB]'I think Zenit have been in, but I don't think it's true that he's turned it down. I'd be surprised. I think they've made contact with the chairman and there's been one or two English clubs interested as well. [LNB]'It won't bother me, if he's here. He can play, he's just been unlucky. I've got Defoe, Crouch and Keane. We couldn't have five strikers. It's difficult enough with four, I find it hard leaving one out of picture. I'm certainly not looking for five strikers.'[LNB]Robbie Keane and Peter Crouch return to face their former club Liverpool on Wednesday night and Redknapp believes they can go a long way to securing a place in the top four with a victory at Anfield. [LNB]Redknapp said: 'It is a big test and we have to go there and prove we can beat one of the 'Big Four'. We can't keep going there, playing well and getting beat. [LNB]"I think the whole country will be looking at us to see what we can do. It would be a big statement if we won.'[LNB]Redknapp is facing a number of defensive problems for the game at Anfield. Ledley King is still battling to overcome a persistent knee injury while Jonathan Woodgate has flown to America for a month in an attempt to cure his long-term groin problem. Midfielder Tom Huddlestone has also been ruled out with a knee injury. [LNB]
