Harry draws up list of 'prime' candidates as Spurs boss looks to ditch youngsters

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has revealed he plans to overhaul the club's transfer policy by targeting players in their 'prime' rather than youngsters with potential. Redknapp has drawn up a list of recruits with proven quality in the hope of adding two or three to his squad when the transfer window opens. 'You have to keep moving forward," Redknapp said. 'I just want players who can come in and make us a better team. Kevin-Prince Boateng and Giovani dos Santos are among the recentyoungsters Spurs have invested in but were loaned out this season afterfailing to establish themselves in the first team.
