Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has revealed he plans to overhaul the club's transfer policy by targeting players in their 'prime' rather than youngsters with potential.
Redknapp has drawn up a list of recruits with proven quality in the hope of adding two or three to his squad when the transfer window opens.
'You have to keep moving forward," Redknapp said. 'I just want players who can come in and make us a better team.
