Gudjohnsen Not Staying?
Monaco have ruled out allowing Eider Gudjohnsen to remain with Spurs when his loan deal at White Hart Lane expires. The Icelandic striker had suggested that he had the option to remain with Spurs for another season when his present loan deal from the French side ends at the end of the season. However, the Ligue 1 side have denied this is the case and insist that he will return to France in May. "We are pleased Eidur is enjoying his time in England, but we expect him back," a Monaco club spokesman has said. "We will ignore any bids."
