Gomes dreams of PSV return

Tottenham goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes wants to return to former club PSV Eindhoven one day. The 28-year-old Brazilian initially struggled in the Barclays Premier League after a big-money move from the Philips Stadion last summer and was criticised for a number of high-profile blunders. He has now found his feet and been a consistent performer in recent months to help Spurs assure their top-flight status. However, Gomes is not thinking about seeing out his career in north London and makes no secret of his desire to return to Eindhoven. He told PSV TV: "It (the Premier League) is a difficult competition. Each player needs to get time to be able to play well. "My relationship with the (PSV) fans was extraordinary. But I don't want to leave Spurs now and it's too much money for PSV at the moment. Maybe I can start thinking of PSV after three seasons. I absolutely want to return one day, I just don't know when."
