Getting to know the opposition: Young Boys

Harry Redknapp's Tottenham take on BS Young Boys tonight in the first leg of their Champions League play-off, so it's about time you did your research.

The Swiss outfit have a website, but unless you speak Swiss it's not much use. So here's our (very brief) guide.

Formed in 1898, Young Boys are based in Bern and play in mother nature's warning colours - yellow and black.

They've won the Swiss Super League 11 times and the domestic cup six times. And their best achievement in Europe was to reach the semi-final of the European Cup in 1959.

Notable former players include Gretar Steinsson, now at Bolton, and Hull City's Kamil Zayette.

Among their number now is Enfield-born Scott Sutter, who spent his youth at Millwall, Barnet and Aston Villa before signing for Charlton. He spent six years at Grasshopper, before joing Young Boys last season.

Here's how they got past Fenerbache to set up the tie with Tottenham
