Fabio Capello reignited the Ledley King row with an astonishing attack on Harry Redknapp ahead of the friendly against Slovakia at Wembley.[LNB]England managers normally avoid such confrontation with club bosses for fear of future problems.[LNB]But Capello has lost patience with Redknapp after his decision to name the injury-plagued King in his latest squad was branded 'pointless' and 'a waste of time' by the Tottenham manager.[LNB] Controversy: Fabio Capello greets Ledley King[LNB] THE LIST: The top 10 defenders to have graced English football Terry: Beckham is right - England should not kill off Wayne's wild waysEngland captain Terry vows to focus on football after Chelsea star is left red-faced by his mum's caution for shoplifting Capello's case was not helped by the fact that King, who suffers with a chronic knee problem that prevents him from training and would probably make it impossible to cope with the physical demands of a major tournament, was sent home less than 24 hours after reporting for international duty.[LNB]'I have to say something about Mr Redknapp,' said Capello. 'He spokeabout the England team but a Spurs player who is Scottish was in theirsquad after two months injured yet he spoke about King and not AlanHutton.[LNB]'I don't know if he has a problem. We have to check all the players and in the last squad we did it to Steven Gerrard. I am right to do so because King played the last game for Tottenham. He wasn't injured and I am happy to have spoken to the player because now I know about his situation.'[LNB]Capello has called for an end to the Redknapp feud. 'It is his rightto talk,' the England chief said. 'But we should stop now because wehave a game, but not against him.'[LNB]England yesterday appeared to train in their starting formation, albeit without their keepers.[LNB]AaronLennon was on the right of a midfield quartet that also included FrankLampard, Gareth Barry and Gerrard, while Emile Heskey partnered WayneRooney in attack.[LNB]Last night there were slight injury concerns over Heskey (achilles) and Rio Ferdinand (back). Ben Foster is tipped to start.[LNB] THE LIST: The top 10 defenders to have graced English football Terry: Beckham is right - England should not kill off Wayne's wild waysEngland captain Terry vows to focus on football after Chelsea star is left red-faced by his mum's caution for shoplifting [LNB] [LNB]
