Eidur Gudjohnsen has been dropped from the Iceland team to face Norway and Denmark in next week's Euro 2012 qualifiers. [LNB]Coach Olafur Johannesson left the striker out because he is between clubs. He is not training with Monaco and has been in Iceland for the last three weeks.
