Dos Santos on his way to Pompey after agreeing fee with Tottenham

Giovani dos Santos was undergoing final medical checks at Portsmouth [LNB]today after the south coast club agreed a fee with Tottenham [LNB]for the Mexico midfielder.[LNB]However, Pompey could face late competition as Spurs have reportedly also accepted a second bid.
